Orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days, excluding the shipping transit time. As most items are made-to-order and predominantly handcrafted, this timeframe ensures that I can deliver only the highest quality products while maintaining secure packaging. Quality craftsmanship takes time, and I truly appreciate your understanding as I am a one-person business.

Once your order has been shipped, I am not liable for any issues that may arise during transit. You can monitor your package through the tracking information provided via email. Should any problems occur, such as delays or loss, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier using the tracking number. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for lost packages but will gladly assist you as much as possible. For any concerns, feel free to email me at adm.coelhoeco@gmail.com.
- All orders will be shipped using USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipping costs will be calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and the carrier's rates.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. I am not accountable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, no shipping fees will be refunded. If you wish to have your package reshipped, you will be responsible for covering the new shipping cost.
- I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL). In the event of any issues, please file a claim with the respective carrier before contacting me.
While I take every precaution to package your order securely, if your product arrives damaged, please email me at adm.coelhoeco@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will work together to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement or refund.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout once your order is ready for shipment. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received the tracking email.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for all taxes and duty fees, including VAT, associated with the shipment. Should you refuse the package due to high fees, no shipping refund will be issued. However, if the package is returned to me, you may be eligible for a refund on the order.
I am not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs.
