Refund Policy - Coelho & Co
Currently, we do not accept returns or refunds on items to ensure product quality and for sanitary reasons. However, we offer some exceptions and guidelines for specific cases:
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the possibility of a refund or exchange based on the situation.
2. Customized Items
Customized items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of production errors.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item needs to be returned due to a defect, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
4. Return Conditions
To request a return, items must be in their original packaging and unused. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
5. Responsibility for Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
